Are you by appointment only?
Yes, 9 times out of 10 we will only service vehicles by appointment.
They are required along with a deposit!
Is there a mobile fee charge for you to come to me?
No, there will not be an additional cost for visits within 30 miles or less
However, anything about 30 miles will have an additional cost.
Under 30 miles: no charge
Over 30 or more: $50 additional charge
***Anything too far from our service area (over 45+ miles) will not be performed or suggested to drop off**
What parts of Richmond do you service?
We service Richmond and surrounding areas such as Chester, Chesterfield, Henrico and more. You can read about our Mobile Detailing services right here.
Can I bring my car to you?
We are primarily a mobile based business, we come to you. Sometimes drop off's are mandatory for certain services we offer.
However, keep in mind we don't loan or let anyone borrow any personal vehicles. If you'd like to drop off your vehicle, you'd be responsible getting to and from our shop location.
Do I have to be present for the entire detail?
No, once we have full access to the vehicle you will not be required to stay. If you'd like to step out and take care of personal things that is not a problem.
We offer online payments with apple pay, credit cards, and other online payments in case you don't make it back in time before we finish with your car detail.
FAQ: Full Interior Shampoo
How long does it take to clean my interior?
Generally it can take 2 to 5 hours. Duration of service will vary on the condition, and size of the vehicle.
Whats Included with this detail service?
Everything from the dashboard, trunk, and interior compartments will be cleaned and all fabrics shampooed and rejuvenated.
What’s your shampoo & cleaning process?
We use a variety of different brushes, machines, and cleaners to remove those ugly stains off your seats and carpet. No need to worry about any chemical smells our products leave behind a great smell so your ride is more enjoyable.
We've cleaned over hundreds of interior and by now we have proven methods and different tactics to tackle your cars interior so your in good hands!
How long does it take for the seats to dry?
When the weather is relatively warm outside you can expect your carpets, seats, and floor mats to all be dry within 3 hours. Ideally the car should be 90% dry by the time we are finished so you can get to where you need to without worrying about clean, but wet seats.
Are you able to remove every stain?
We believe in our techniques and strategies and have proven results to back them up. With that being said, we cant fully guarantee every stain will come off but can guarantee it will look better from our efforts to make it look like new!

Does this include a Polish for my cars paint?
Yes, bundle our paint enhancement AND full interior cleaning for a power pack combo.
Does this Include the Engine too?
Everything on your vehicle is cleaned with this service, top to bottom, front to back, your vehicle will be left looking immaculate!
Will this remove scratches from my paint?
No, this is an all-in-one polish so mostly swirls and minor imperfection are removed up to 75%.
Most swirls and imperfections will lightly be polished with this service, if you're looking for a scratch free or showroom ready finish book a consultation for our paint correction services.
How long will this detailing service take?
Typically up to 5-6 hours depending how much work your vehicle will need to achieve the desired end results.
Being our most extensive detail package, it'll require much more labor and attention to detail on our end.
FAQ: Ceramic Coatings
Does this include a Paint correction?
No, they are separate services.
However if you choose to add any paint correction services, which we recommend doing, then it would be charged additional.
Can I pay for just the coating?
Unfortunately no, we always strive to deliver the best detailing service for you. It is not recommend to only apply coating without getting rid of all your cars swirls & scratches.
Why is the Ceramic Coating so expensive?
This is by far the most durable protection you can have put on your car. The ceramic coating was created to perfectly bond with your cars paintwork and give it a deep gloss, leaving your car feeling slick and smooth to the touch.
Nothing will be able to stick to it, not even water. The coating itself is very long lasting & hydrophobic meaning water will turn into beads.
Do I have to add Paint correction for my car if It's Still Brand New?
Ideally, yes.
Most newer cars are transported and shipped all over the country and when they arrive at the dealerships ready to be sold to you they are hardly ever in "showroom" shape.
Some arrive with swirl marks and scratches all over them.
